This Return Policy applies to physical products ordered from Shinesyshine through our contact enquiry process. Digital guide content on this website is provided at no additional charge and is not subject to returns.
Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel most distance contracts within fourteen days of receiving goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Maps or sealed filtration products opened for testing may not qualify unless faulty.
- Custom or clearly personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@shinesyshine.world with your order reference, item name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a returns address within three business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving returned goods or proof of postage, whichever is later. Original outbound delivery charges are refunded only when the entire order is returned due to our error or a fault.
Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us promptly with photographs. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend tracked delivery for valuable gear.
